I ordered this soft cooler on a Wednesday and it arrived the following Monday via UPS, which was pretty quick. The moment I opened the box, I was impressed by how well it was packaged; everything was snug and secured with tape, so nothing shifted during shipping. I came across this cooler when i was looking for something compact for day trips. it seemed perfect for my needs so i decided to order it. i paid with my credit card, and the checkout process was pretty smooth, no annoying forms or anything. it shipped out quickly and arrived in just three days, which was nice. ups delivered it and tracking was spot on, so i knew exactly when to expect it.
it came packaged well, there was a lot of packing material but it was worth it since it arrived without any damage. the first thing i noticed was how lightweight it is, which is great for carrying on hikes. when i took it out to use the next weekend, it kept my drinks cold for hours, which was impressive.
but it did have a slight smell when i first opened it, kind of like rubber, but that faded after a day. also, the zippers are a bit stiff, takes some effort to open and close. overall, i'm happy with it and i think it'll be perfect for the summer outings ahead.

I really wanted to like this cooler, but it's been a huge letdown. The zipper sticks and is a pain to open, and it leaked all over when I tried to use it for a picnic last weekend. I was excited when it arrived on Thursday, but honestly, for the price I paid, I expected much better quality. It just doesn't keep things cold for very long either. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

Good cooler. Keeps drinks cold for a long time. I took it on a camping trip last weekend and it held up well. Arrived in a sturdy box, nice touch. Only downside was the shoulder strap felt a bit stiff at first, but it loosened up after a few uses. Overall, I'm happy with it.

I picked up the YETI Hopper M20 last week, and it arrived pretty quickly via FedEx, which was a nice surprise. The box was securely taped, so I didn't have to worry about any damage during shipping. I took it out for its first test run this past weekend on a camping trip. It kept my drinks icy cold for hours, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
My only complaint is that the zipper can be a bit tricky to maneuver at times. I thought it might just be me at first, but it feels like it could use a little more give.
