I ordered this soft cooler last Tuesday and it arrived two days later via UPS, so the delivery was pretty quick. The packaging was decent, though the box had a bit of a dent in one corner. When I first opened it, I noticed a faint plastic smell, but it faded after a day or so. I took it on a camping trip over the weekend and it kept my drinks cold for hours, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the zipper felt a bit stiff at first, making it a little tricky to open and close smoothly. I think it just needs to be broken in. Overall, it's a solid cooler for day trips, but I wish the zipper was easier to handle. The tracking updates were also reliable, so I knew exactly when to expect it.

I stumbled across this cooler while looking for something portable for my weekend trips. the design caught my eye and i decided to order it after reading some positive reviews. checkout was smooth, used my credit card and didn't have any issues with the form. it arrived pretty quickly, within three days via fedex, and tracking updates were spot on.
when i unboxed it, i noticed it had a strong but not unpleasant smell, like fresh rubber or something. the cooler feels pretty sturdy in my hands, and i love the size; it's compact but fits a decent amount of drinks. the first time i used it was at a picnic with friends. it held ice for about 24 hours, which is solid, but i did notice some condensation on the outside, which was a bit annoying.
i also wish it had a few more pockets for storage, but it's still pretty functional overall. it's great for short outings, and the shoulder strap makes it easy to carry around. overall, i'm pretty happy with it and i'd say it meets my needs for casual use.
